1- What type of printing do you offer?
We offer DTF printing, the most advanced and trustworthy technology in the textile industry, Embroidery, UV DTF, Sublimation, Screen Printing, and DTG. For miracles, we take a little longer, but we definitely work harder to achieve your wishes.
2- What kind of garments can you print on?
We print on any kind of garment: cotton, polyester, silk, or any blend. We also print on cups, thermos, etc.
3- How long does it take to make a garment?
Our regular turnaround time is four days from the approval of the project and receiving the initial deposit. Same-day services are also available. We always charge in full in advance.
4- Can I bring my own garments?
Yes, we can print on garments provided by you.
5- Is there a minimum order?
We don’t have a minimum order.
6- Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, we guarantee quality workmanship on all of our services as long as we provide the garments and printing.
7- Do I get a discount for buying more than 5 garments?
We offer wholesale discounts for every dozen pieces printed. The more you print, the lower the price.
Clause: If the customer wishes to provide the products to print, we can add the print and do our best efforts to meet the customer’s wishes. However, we’re not responsible for any damages that may occur during the printing process.
